Chapter 1 General Rules
The purpose of Article 1
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to prescribe the rights, meaning, and responsibilities of the
headquarters and users for matters related to the terms and procedures of service use and other necessary
matters provided by Lucid Dental Clinic (hereinafter referred to as the "headquarters").
Effect and change of Article 2 Terms and Conditions

Chapter 2 Membership and Service Use
Definition of members in Article 1
Membership refers to a general individual who agrees to these terms and conditions, completes a membership
form for the service, and has been issued an 'ID' and a 'password'.
Article 2 service subscription is established
(1) Subscribe to the service is established by consenting to the user's application for use and consenting
to the user's terms and conditions.
(2) Those who wish to use the service by joining as a member must provide the personal information requested
by this office.
(3) If the user's application for membership is accepted by the main office, the main office will notify the
user of the member ID and other contents deemed necessary by the main office.

(5) We do not accept applications for membership falling under any of the following subparagraphs.

Article 3 Service Use and Restrictions
(1) In principle, the use of the service is 24 hours a day, 24 hours a day, 24 hours a day, unless there is
a special obstacle to the company's business or technology.
(2) The service hours referred to in the preceding paragraph may be restricted after prior notice to the
members, if necessary at the headquarters, such as regular system inspections.

Article 4 Service Fees
(1) The service is free for everyone who has registered as a member.
(2) If the service is paid in this office, the timing, policy, and cost of the service shall be disclosed in
the service before the service is paid.
Chapter 3 Withdrawal from Services, Re-subscription and Restrictions on Use
Article 1 Withdrawal of Service
(1) If a member wants to leave the service, the member himself/herself must request the operator to apply
for termination via email.
(2) If you tell us your name, social security number, ID, phone number, and reason for cancellation when
applying for withdrawal, we will cancel the subscription after checking whether it matches the subscription
record.
(3) Whether to leave or not is canceled if you are not logged in with your existing ID and
password.
Re-subscribe service in Article 2
(1) If a user who has withdrawn from the service under Article 1 wants to re-register, the member himself or
herself can request the operator to re-register via e-mail.
(2) When you request to rejoin, if you tell me your name, social security number, ID, and phone number that
you can identify as yourself, the rejoin process will take place.
(3) If you log in with your existing ID and password, you will be re-registered.
Article 3 restrictions on the use of services
If a member commits any of the following acts, he/she may terminate the service contract or suspend the use
of the service by setting a period without prior notice.
A. If it is against public order and breeze,
B. If you are involved in criminal behavior
C. When planning or implementing the use of the service for the purpose of impairing the national or social
interest,
D. When you steal someone else's ID and password
E. In the event of damaging or penalizing the reputation of others
F. If the same user has double registered with a different ID

Chapter 4 Limitation of Liability for Services
Article 1, Online Counseling
(1) We try our best to maintain security so that the consultation details of members or users of the service
are not leaked to third parties other than counselors and service managers. However, in the following cases,
we are not responsible for the disclosure and loss of the contents of the consultation.
A. If the password is leaked due to the carelessness of the user and the contents of the consultation are
disclosed
B. If the user deleted the consultation using the 'delete' function
C. When the contents of counseling are disclosed or lost due to natural disasters or other circumstances
that cannot be controlled by the headquarters,
(2) In order to provide a comprehensive and appropriate answer to the counseling applied by the member, the
person in charge may refer to the details of the counseling and answers.
(3) The contents of the consultation conducted by the service can be used for the following purposes after
deleting personal information.
A. Academic activities
B. Authoring activities such as printed materials, CD-ROMs, etc.
C. Some of the service contents such as FAQ, recommendation consultation, etc.
(4) Answers to the consultation are subjective answers based on the knowledge of each person in charge and
do not represent our service opinions.
(5) If you apply for the following consultation, you may not provide all or part of the online
consultation.
A. If you repeatedly apply for the same consultation,
B. If you apply for counseling using an expression that is contrary to common sense,
Article 2 Information Service
(1) The content provided by the service is sketchy and general and is provided for informational purposes
only. The information or consultation provided by the service can never replace medical diagnosis. The
information or consultation provided by the service is by no means intended to replace medical diagnosis,
treatment or treatment. If you have any questions or concerns about your health status, you should visit an
actual specialist doctor for a diagnosis. In any case, do not ignore a doctor's diagnosis, or delay being
diagnosed, treated or treated because of the information provided by the service.
(2) We do not recommend any specific tests, products or treatments mentioned in the service. All opinions
expressed in the service are those of the counselor. We are not responsible for any documents or
consultations provided by the Service.
(3) It is entirely at the user's discretion to accept the information of this service, the opinion of a
professional doctor participating in the service, or any other member or visitor using the service.
Therefore, we are not responsible for any damage, injury, or other disadvantages resulting from the use,
information, ideas, or instructions of any products provided to our Members.
Chapter 5 Obligations
Article 1 of the company's obligations
(1) We allow our members to use the service unless there are special circumstances.
(2) We are obligated to provide our services continuously and reliably in accordance with these terms and
conditions.
(3) This member shall process opinions raised by the members by the prescribed procedures through
appropriate procedures, and if it takes a certain period of time to process it, he/she shall inform the
member of the reason and the schedule of processing.
Article 2 Member Information Security Duty
(1) The responsibility of all management regarding the member's ID and password lies with the member.
(2) Members agree to receive an e-mail of the service being sent as part of the service.
(3) If your ID is used illegally, the member must notify this office.
(4) We do not sell or provide personal identifiable information to third parties who are not related to us
without prior permission from our members or users. However, the registered information provided voluntarily
may be utilized in the following cases.
A. Providing developers with information necessary to develop new features, information, and services that
are useful to members.
B. Providing advertisers with statistical information about service members and user groups that never
reveal their individual membership.
All. When used by the company to conduct advertising or services based on the preferences of its members and

(6) Cookie technology can be used in this application for the convenience of using the service. A cookie is

meaningless outside of the site that they assigned Cookies to. Cookies do not break into your system and are

using Cookies. If members or users do not want to collect information using Cookies, you can control whether
to accept Cookies in your web browser. However, the use of cookies may be necessary for the service
(especially personalized information) to function properly.
(7) Members' information may be mutually provided/utilized between the service or the company and its
business partners.
Chapter 6 Dispute Mediation
(1) Disputes over all issues related to the use of the service arising except as stipulated in this Terms of
Use shall be resolved by bilateral agreement as much as possible.
(2) If a lawsuit is filed against a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court having
jurisdiction over the location of the company shall be the competent court.
Supplementary Provisions
These terms and conditions will take effect on 04/01/2023.
